November 29, 2002 - Thanksgiving

Happy Thanksgiving to you all. Hope you had a good time with friends or family.

I went to my traditional dinner at Dad's house, with Marj.'s family and Grandma, and the girls were there this year. We picked up Grandma at about 1:00, and got to Dad's house at about 1:30, and ate a little after 2:00, pretty much as planned. It was a beautiful, sunny day, so we spent a lot of time talking outside. Angel was upstairs a lot playing Zoo Tycoon, which she always plays at their house. When she got tired of it, I went up and played it for the first time, and I was hooked too. Not a lot of excitement or controversy to the day, which is a good thing. It was a pretty good thanksgiving.

I noticed that my e-mail address doesn't seem to be working, and I'm not sure why. I may need to change it if this keeps up. I like having episodeii.com, but if it doesn't work, it's no use. For now, if you need to get hold of me, send an e-mail to theblakee@yahoo.com. That one's always available. I just don't usually check it every day like I do the episodeii.com address.

Now I think I'm getting sick. :( I noticed a sore throat starting yesterday, and was very happy that it didn't disturb my eating of the great Thanksgiving meal. Unfortunately, it hasn't gone away, and now it is starting to bug me. Hopefully it won't be one of those very painful ones, and it'll go away soon. Besides, I have to be able to call everybody Monday night when my phone comes on. ;)
