Referendum A: Exempt Elected District Attorneys From Term Limits
I haven't been able to decide on this one yet, but I'm leaning toward voting against term limits. Any time an elected official can simply stay in office indefinitely, it gives me pause, but it does seem to me that a district attorney is less of a political beast than a professional one. In any profession, the quality of a person's work goes up as he gains more experience. If the district attorney appears to be making political decisions or is otherwise not properly performing his duties, we can still vote him out at any election.
