Referendum C: Qualifications for County Coroners
This is pretty much a no-brainer. Although there are arguments against it, this referendum is only to establish the ABILITY of the legislature to set qualifications for coroners. I trust the legislature to consider rural communities when they actually do set those qualifications, and I think it's important to have the ability to set those qualifications.
